These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and FufuSlot (the "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the FufuSlot gaming platform accessible at https://fufuslot.lat and all related services, features, and content offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the FufuSlot platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an account on FufuSlot, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

FufuSlot reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by FufuSlot may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

Players may register only one account per person. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and all associated balances, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to your registered address);
• Where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account clearly showing your name).

FufuSlot reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if required to satisfy our legal or regulatory obligations, or to investigate suspected fraudulent activity.

FufuSlot accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Bank (FPX), DuitNow, FPX, USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited. FufuSlot reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account and are subject to periodic revision. General indicative limits include:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): minimum RM20 – maximum RM30,000 per transaction;
• Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow): minimum RM50 – maximum RM500,000 per transaction;
• Cryptocurrency: minimum equivalent of MYR 30 per transaction.

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of credited confirmation. FufuSlot is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a transaction is initiated and the time it is confirmed on the blockchain.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the legitimate and beneficial owner of those funds.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. FufuSlot reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method at its discretion.

Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to the following general timeframes:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 5 to 30 minutes of approval;
• Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow): typically within 5 to 60 minutes of approval, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule;
• Cryptocurrency: typically within 15 to 60 minutes of approval, subject to network congestion and blockchain confirmation times.

Before a withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be processed, all applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full. Real Money Balance (funds deposited by the Player) is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

FufuSlot reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, FufuSlot will notify the affected Player in writing and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

FufuSlot offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

1. Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20). The wagering requirement must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
2. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per spin or per bet is MYR 25 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while on bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates per game type are detailed in each promotion's terms.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified in each promotion — commonly 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
5. Maximum Cash-Out: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a maximum cash-out limit. This limit is specified per promotion. Winnings exceeding the maximum cash-out cap will be automatically removed at the time of withdrawal processing.
6. Bonus Abuse: FufuSlot actively monitors for bonus abuse, collusion, hedging, and other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent. FufuSlot reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where abuse is confirmed.

Players must use the platform solely for personal entertainment. The following are prohibited during gameplay:

Sports betting at FufuSlot covers a wide range of markets including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, NBA, and other domestic and international competitions. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bet Placement: All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. FufuSlot reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to delay-of-acceptance processing. FufuSlot does not guarantee acceptance of any in-play bet. Bets placed on events that have already concluded are void.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or manifest error in published odds. Voided bets are returned to the player's Account at the original stake.
• Manifest Errors: If odds are published in clear error (e.g., as a result of a system error or human input error), FufuSlot reserves the right to correct the error and void affected bets. Players are obligated to report suspected pricing errors to the support team rather than exploit them.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to sports betting and are displayed within the sports betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to the full range of remedial actions described in Section 11:

• Creating or operating more than one registered Account on the FufuSlot platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from any illegal activity;
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing FufuSlot staff or other players;
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine player activity (bonus abuse).

FufuSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Upon request by the Player (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure);
• Pursuant to a legal requirement or instruction from a regulatory authority.

Upon permanent closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, FufuSlot may forfeit any Bonus Funds, winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and, where legally permitted and in cases of confirmed fraud, Real Money Balance. FufuSlot will provide written notice of the basis for any forfeiture where required by applicable law.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. A Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method following completion of KYC, subject to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FufuSlot's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms, the platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

FufuSlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or server failures;
• Actions taken by the Player in reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Unauthorised access to the Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit FufuSlot's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

FufuSlot is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertainment activity only — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. FufuSlot provides the following responsible gambling tools, which may be activated from the Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a specified period;
